Shell selected a local fabricator for production of spools which would be installed on the platform.

As a third party inspector, we worked together with Shell’s engineers to ensure the fabricator followed all of the specifications and met quality goals.

The fabricator’s facility was audited including their quality management system and unique fabrication process.

Afterward, the specific inspection and test plan was implemented: records, material, dimensional tolerances, welding, coating and shipment.
