Both Enbridge and Kinder Morgan implemented substantial PLI programs after 2010.

These programs utilize direct assessment tools including visual testing, NDE, coating inspection, PH readings, cathodic readings, corrosion analysis, RSTRENG pressure calculations, photographic documentation, report generation, GIS mapping, document control and submission of deliverables to engineering and governing authorities to ensure compliance to API 1104, NACE, CFR 192, 195 and/or applicable client O&M and specifications.

Numerous digs were completed for ILI projects as a lead integrity inspector.
